The Kentucky Department for Employment Services (DES), is an agency of the Cabinet for Workforce Development. The DES Offices in Northern Kentucky are a part of the One-Stop Career Alliance System. These offices serve the public in primarily eight (8) Kentucky counties, consisting of Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen, and Pendleton as well as several Ohio counties. The Management Team includes William Young, the Manager,  and Assistant Managers Dede Dollar and Karen Frakes. The One-Stop Career Alliance of Northern Kentucky Centers are comprehensive centers, providing single locations where individuals and employers can access a variety of free services. These Centers provide free parking for all customers.

In addition to accessing all the services provided by the Department for Employment Services, you can also access information about many of the specialized services provided by various supportive agencies and organizations and by our partner agencies, some of whom are located in the One-Stop Career Alliance Centers.
