On Site Employer Day
The Department for Employment Services (DES)
sponsors on-site Employer
Days at all of our locations. For an employer to participate, the job
openings for which they are recruiting are listed with our centralized Job
Bank
(859-371-0808). DES staff from all our locations will then
recruit for potential employees. DES will arrange and schedule interviews and
appointments per the employer’s specifications, conduct testing, assist with
administering an employer’s test or any of the suite
of tests administered by DES. If it is the preference of the employer
DES will have applications or resumes collected from interested job seekers for
the employer’s review. Office space is made available for the employer to
conduct individual interviews or group presentations. Telephone, fax, projector,
copiers, and printers are also available for the employers’ use. Additionally
the employers job listings will be advertised through the DES
media resources. Employers interested in
participating may contact us at
deskenton@mail.state.ky.us
or call
859-371-0808 to make inquiries or arrangements.
Job & Career Fairs

Employment Services participates in local Job & Career Fairs and
